About these Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions the terms "we" and "our" refer to Kings Figurines and the term "you" refers to the customer.
Acceptance of terms
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These terms of use govern the contractual relationship between Kings Figurines and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation.
Our responsibility
These "General Conditions" determine all of our obligations and responsibilities.
We are not bound by any other warranties, conditions or other provisions, except those expressly mentioned in this contract.
Delivery and order
A firm order is placed when the customer presses the "Confirm order" button on the confirmation page. By placing an order, you are making an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline this offer at our discretion. Kings Figurines confirms the acceptance of the order as well as its evolution to the customer, at the e-mail address that the latter will have provided when registering on the site. This confirmation is effective when the customer receives an e-mail from Kings Figurines indicating that the order has been placed. This e-mail thus forms a sales contract between you and Kings Figurines.
Kings Figurines reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Kings Figurines cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product(s) ordered.
By placing an order, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.
The prices
All our prices are expressed in euros. The prices indicated do not include transport costs and various taxes. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation on which are displayed the transport costs and any discounts. The prices listed on the order confirmation are authentic, even in the event of a variation between the date of the order and the date of delivery of the goods. In the event of a price error on a product, Kings Figurines reserves the right to modify this price by offering the customer the choice of canceling his order if the new price does not suit him.
Products
Each product is to be assembled and painted by the customer. For some products, assembly plans are available on the website.
Shipping costs
A fixed delivery rate is applied. The amount of shipping costs (packaging, transport and handling costs) is fixed according to the total amount of your order.
Delivery delay
As a general rule, it takes between 6 and 15 days. This information is however indicative and is not guaranteed. The customer can at any time request by e-mail an estimate of the delivery time of his order.
Please note that for deliveries to certain countries, the period may be longer (20 to 25 days) due to customs and transport formalities.
Damage, errors and problems during delivery
Any transport damage (eg a damaged package) must be reported immediately to the carrier when the latter makes the delivery, otherwise the customer assumes responsibility for any damage to the goods.
Any goods delivered by mistake or in excess must be returned immediately, or at the latest within 7 days.
Retention of title
Kings Figurines remains the owner of all goods delivered until full payment of the invoice relating thereto.
